Our rubber lining division focuses on providing industry with chemical resistant rubber linings of tanks, vessels, piping and equipment for corrosive chemical applications such as phosphoric acid, HCL, caustic, water treatment chemicals, and various other chemicals.The rubber linings we use are durable and formulated to protect your assets.

Rubber lining products provide a cost effective way to protect your investments. Our rubber lining materials are used in a wide variety of industries including chemical, petrochemical, pulp and paper, power, mining, railcar, marine transportation, power generation and transportation industries.
 We strip, reline, repair, line new vessels, spark test and inspect,
and our API tank repair division can provide all metal
repairs required. This benefits our customers by reducing down time and allowing the customer to work with one contractor which in turn brings down the bottom line cost to our customers.
No project is too big or too small for our craftsman.
We have an 10' x 63' autoclave at our facility which is one
of the largest in the southeast. With this capacity it
allows us the ability to handle larger projects. Our 3' x
16' autoclave is used for smaller components. Topcor Belco is on call 24/7 to assist our customers in emergency situations, plant turnarounds or new construction projects throughout the United States.
At Topcor Belco our number one focus is providing our
customers with the highest quality and best possible
products and service. We have developed a quality assurance program that assists us in achieving this. Our quality control program constantly measures and monitors humidity and temperature in order to properly apply rubber lining materials, in addition we have developed an internal mapping system that enhances traceability of applied products in
the field. We at Topcor Belco put SAFETY first throughout the entire job process. We consider this for job bids and performance reviews and have committed to creating a corporate culture in which “everyone is a safety manager”. Through our extensive training, safety program and evolving new industry techniques, Topcor Belco remains one of the nation’s most efficient and innovative groups in our field.
