Topcor Belco formerly known as Bud Enterprise Lining Company (Belco), founded in 1986, is a Louisiana-based company located in Prairieville, Louisiana in the heart of the chemical and paper Industry in the Gulf Coast.

We are a fast growing specialty contractor specializing in corrosion and abrasion resistant linings to the petrochemical industry in the Gulf Coast as well as throughout North America.  In addition to our rubber lining division we also have a Structural Steel Fabrication division along with an API tank fabrication and a field tank repair division.  Topcor Belco’s management team has in excess of 185 years of industry specific experience with a large crew of rubber lining specialists.
